Questions

How does the free trial work?

Both plans start with 14 days free, monthly or yearly. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Settings › Billing in Ripple. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

What stays free?

Reading, reviews, shelves, posts, messages, Book Clubs, Story Tides, ARCs, Waverider, Shelly, your locked Journal and the daily games stay free for everyone.

How do I use a gift code?

Sign in to Ripple, or make a free account. A Reader+ code goes in Settings › Billing under “Have a code?”. A Ripple+ code goes on the Ripple+ page (in the account menu), which also switches on the author side of your account. A Ripple Extra gift comes as one code of each.

Do I need both?

No. Reader+ is for the reading side and Ripple+ is for authors. They share some perks, listed under “In both plans”.
