What lifetime means
Your licence has no recurring subscription fee and does not expire merely because time passes. You can continue using the purchased version for as long as it remains compatible with your computer and operating system.
What the licence allows
The licence is personal, non-exclusive, and intended for the purchaser’s own use on computers they own or control. QuillTide may use reasonable activation or verification measures. You may use the software to create personal or commercial books and related creative material.
Your creative rights
Everything you write or create remains yours. QuillTide does not acquire copyright or ownership in your manuscript, project, exports, or other original content.
Updates and future editions
Maintenance releases may be provided for the purchased version. A lifetime licence does not automatically promise every future major edition, paid expansion, or optional online service unless that inclusion is stated at checkout. Any separate offer will be clearly described and will not cancel your perpetual right to use the version already purchased.
Reinstallation and licence care
Reinstallation is allowed for the licensed user, subject to platform compatibility and reasonable verification. Keep your purchase record and licence details secure. Licence keys may not be shared, sold, published, or used to distribute QuillTide to others.
Software ownership
The licence grants permission to use QuillTide; it does not transfer ownership of the application, source code, trademarks, original interface assets, or other QuillTide intellectual property.
