  2. Open the installer. Because it is not code signed yet, Windows may show ‘Windows protected your PC’ or ‘Unknown publisher’.
  3. For a SmartScreen unrecognized-app prompt on the official QuillTide installer, select More info, then Run anyway if that option is available and you trust the download.
  4. Follow the installer, then open QuillTide and enter your licence key while online.

If Run anyway is unavailable, or Smart App Control, your organisation, or antivirus blocks installation, contact support. Do not disable Windows security or bypass a malware detection.
